How Do I Block ALL of the Emails from a Company/Domain


Problem: I keep getting emails from a certain company with the same domain.

Resolution: Junk mail has an option to block entire domains, but Microsoft left this out of Outlook so that it isn't accidentally turned on. The following information is adapted from their article link below and is still relevant to Office 2016 though not mentioned in the link:


  1. Choose Junk in the Home menu bar or Right-Click an email.
  2. Choose Junk Email Options 
  3. Click the Blocked Senders Tab
  4. Choose Add...
  5. Enter the domain you don't want to receive with the at symbol, i.e.
  6. Click OK
  7. Click OK again
