Reset My Employee Account Password


Problem: My employee account password has expired.

Solution: If you have connected your account to a personal email or cell phone number (see this article) you can perform a password reset without needing to contact the EU IT Helpdesk.

If you have not connected your account to a personal email or cell phone number, please contact Helpdesk at x. 8368 or x. HELP.


1. Navigate to


2. Enter your Evangel employee email address and the CAPTCHA code on the screen



3. Select your authentication method (Email, text or phone call)




4. Copy the verification code sent to your selected method



5. Enter your new password (must meet complexity requirements found here)




Your password will immediately be reset and you can test logging in with that password by navigating to you have any problems with this process, please contact our Helpdesk Team.
