Helpdesk Services Offered to Students

We welcome students to bring their hardware to the Evangel University Helpdesk service window located in the basement of Riggs Hall (Room 102). Depending on the level of service you need, we will have you sign a waiver (see attached file below). For more involved issues, you may need to leave your machine with us. See a sample of our services below. We provide service on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to deny any of our listed services. Due to the differences in hardware with manufacturers and models, not all repairs are possible.
