How to Insert Emoticons in Helpdesk Tickets


Problem: You want to convey your emotion or add more meaning to your messages.

Resolution: Use emoticons in your helpdesk tickets. 

An emoticon can help you convey the meaning you want to get across. They are easy to add and they all follow the format of typing a colon, ":", and then the emoticon name followed by an ending colon. Don't worry, about memorizing a list, as you type your emoticon, the helpdesk gives you a context menu. Simply start typing the emoticon code and then choose the one you want from a list.
